Smoke Assist is good but try not to get addicted to it instead – I’ve heard of it happening to some people, and it definitely sounds bad. I mean, what’s the point in losing one habit if you’ll just get another one in its place?

I’ve tried various brands but this one seemed to work best. I’ve been able to stop smoking and don’t even need the e-cigarette itself anymore – I’m completely changed now, and for the better!
